Our online platform offers a convenient and effective solution for both members and visitors to support our churches. Whether you prefer to make regular donations on a weekly or monthly basis, contribute to specific causes such as the cemetery or maintenance, or give to our 2nd collections, our online donations and payments portal allows you to do so easily and at your convenience. You no longer have to worry about remembering to bring envelopes to church or mailing them to the parish. Make your donations directly on our parish website or set up a recurring donor account for automatic giving, eliminating the need for envelopes altogether.

[Keeping envelopes] If you set up an online donor account, you can still receive weekly and special collection envelopes if you wish. This allows you to see what collections are upcoming.

Or

[Stopping envelopes] Once you set up an online donor account, you can tell us to stop your weekly envelope supply. However, you might continue to receive them until our supplier adjusts their mailing process. Just check the bulletin or website for upcoming special collections that you can give online.

For donors:

Convenience is key - You can give at any time from any device with internet access. You can even opt to set up an automatic recurring gift account, making regular weekly donations effortless.

Ease of use - Never be directed to a separate site or submit multiple forms.

Effectiveness - Electronic communication is highly effective in confirming all your donations and recurring gift accounts. No more guessing if your gift was received or an envelope of checks or cash was misplaced. And at the end of each year, you can print out your tax report yourself!

For parishes:

Efficiency - Electronic reporting tracks all gift transactions and saves hours of bookkeeping. There is less chance of human error, miscounting, or misplacing donations.

Security - Unlike other automatic deduction enrollment programs, parish staff does not need to collect and store your financial information.

Immediacy - The donations for parish use are promptly collected.

Visit www.avptriparish.org for online donation and payment information and a list of second collections for the year. Complete the short form on the parish website after finding the need you would like to contribute. You will need a current email address and a checking account or credit card number.

By opting to make a recurring gift, you will promptly receive an email inviting you to set up a donor account, granting you the ability to schedule and monitor automatic donations effortlessly.

One-time gifts are immediately processed. The transaction should appear on your bank/credit card statement within a few days.

If you choose to make a recurring gift, your first donation will process immediately. You will receive an email to create an online donor account. With your account, you have the freedom to select the frequency of your gifts and the precise date when the funds will be effortlessly deducted from your checking account or charged to your credit card. You can also pause or cancel a recurring gift at any time

In order to make an online donation or payment, you must provide a current email address. After submitting your gift, you will receive an email confirmation at the address provided.

By choosing to give a recurring gift, you will receive a notification regarding your donation and instructions to establish your online donor account for seamless future gift scheduling. Records of all recurring gifts are also tracked within your donor account.

Yes, you can. When your parish offers a recurring gift option for a fund, you can schedule an automatic gift specifically for that need. You can also pause or cancel a recurring gift at any time. When you create multiple recurring gifts on your parish's website donation page, each gift will be visible in your online donor account for easy management.

Upon submitting a one-time gift, all information provided will be verified for the gift to process.

Donors with recurring gifts can use their online donor account to change or update their banking account, credit card, and contact information. Donor accounts also allow donors to update details of their gifts, including pausing or canceling a scheduled gift.

The online donations and payments system meets the same security standards as online banking. Plus, online gifts cannot be lost or stolen. As long as you are using a secure internet connection, online gifts can have fewer risks than carrying cash and checks. All transactions are tracked and recorded instantly.

Recurring gift accounts can be set up or canceled at any time. In addition, individual recurring gifts can be paused or canceled completely. If you cancel a gift after it has begun processing, you will need to contact your parish office for a refund.

Accounts are created when you make an online donation through the parish website. When submitting a gift, select the recurring gift type. Next, you will receive an email notification to set up your new online donor account. Follow the simple instructions in the email to start.

Check your spam and junk folders for that first email notification. If you don’t see an email after submitting your first gift, simply contact your parish office to have the account setup information sent to you.

Unlike auto-deduction enrollment programs, online giving does not require the parish to collect or store parishioners' financial account information. In terms of bookkeeping, online giving is more efficient and faster for the parish staff to process and report.
