Generations of Faith is an innovative approach to faith formation, also known as religious education or CCD. It nurtures the parish to become a community of learning by creating lifelong faith formation. It is centered on the events of church life that embrace all age groups and generations. It promotes faith growth at home, through parish preparation programs, and most importantly, through participation in church life.
Generations of Faith gatherings consist of a mixture of experiencing an exciting overview of our gathering's theme... then break-out sessions on the theme according to cohort age groups... finally we all come together to share what we've learned, then we eat a meal as a parish family and conclude with prayer and Home-Kits to continue in your home. All in about the time it takes to watch a movie!
Come join us for Generations of Faith gatherings. Everyone from our three parishes is invited!!!
Generations of Faith is generally held on the LAST Sunday of the months of September, October, November, February, March, April, and May. See our Websites events page for dates or modifications.
Although not required, it would greatly aid our planning if you would register. Thanks.
Please note: There will be special classes for First Communion and Confirmation preparation.
